At Mobistroke Advertising, we are committed to delivering top-notch quality and an exceptional client experience. To ensure clarity and professionalism in all our projects, we have implemented a thoughtful cancellation and refund policy. Our projects are carefully structured by breaking them into milestones, beginning with a thorough discovery phase and the development of a detailed scope of work.
This process guarantees that both parties have a mutual understanding of the project’s requirements, reducing the likelihood of cancellations, reversals, or disputes. As each milestone represents significant progress, refunds are not available for work that has already been completed.
If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client retains ownership of all completed work, and any pending payments for future development will be waived. However, no refunds will be provided for previously made payments or deposits. Once mockup designs are approved and the project moves into the development phase, no refund requests will be accepted.
Additionally, partial refunds are not available for projects that are midway through a milestone. Services provided by our marketing team during special promotions are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to their limited-time nature. While SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable, clients may cancel these services with a 30-day written notice.
Please note that deposits or payments for projects that are inactive or abandoned for more than 30 days will not be refunded.
